As with any professional photography, Boston Image Maker retains the copyright to all photos and floor plan images. The photos you receive are licensed to you only for the current sale of the property. For further information visit the Terms of Service page section of our website.
We hate to disappoint anyone and try our best to accommodate when we can but there are only so many hours in a day. Trying to squeeze in an appoint means that quality will suffer, not only for you but for everyone else who gets scrunched. This is why proper planning is so important.
The best way to reach us is through our website www.BostonImageMaker.com or by sending an email to Photo-Order@BostonImageMaker.com
Once your listing is live we need the MLS number so that we can connect your interactive floor plan to your listing.
For the best chance of getting your preferred time slot we strongly suggest reaching out to us 7 days prior to that date. Properties upwards of 3,000 sf or those that require additional travel time may require additional notice so that we can plan accordingly. Also, keep in mind that during the peak seasons we tend to book appointment 2-3 weeks in advance.
Our standard rates include an hour of travel time during non-peak times from our office in Somerville. This is basically inside 95/128, north of Route 9 and west of Route 1. We will schedule something outside of these parameters for an additional travel fee of $50/hour.
We accept credit/debit cards and checks. And we take it on the spot. Most times the photographer will be able to calculate the final price before he leaves the property. Your prompt payment and your business is greatly appreciated.
Canceling a photo shoot within 24 hours will result in a $75 cancellation fee. Canceling a photo shoot the same day will result in a $125 cancellation fee. You don’t want that and neither do we. We suggest you keep an eye on the weather forecast and plan accordingly.
In a word, PLENTY! We schedule appointments based on the premise that the property will be available and “photo ready” when the photographer arrives. This means:
• any special considerations (what to leave in; what to leave out) have already been discussed
• having immediate access to the property
• the property is clutter-free
• any staging has been completed and the stager has left the building
• any construction, painting, cleaning, etc.. has been completed and all contractors have left the property.
• putting Fido and Fifi away for the duration of the shoot
For more details please review Preparing Your Home for a Property Shoot on our website.
Everyone wants things in “web-speed” these days. Quality is important to us and it takes time. It’s like the saying goes… “do you want it fast or do you want it done well”? We try to do both. We edit and optimize the photos for the best quality and are available for download by the end of the next business day. If our schedule allows it, photos can be delivered the same day for an additional $100 fee.
During normal business hours we make every effort to engage with our clients. If we don’t answer the phone we could be with a client or driving. Please be patient and leave a detailed message so that we can answer your question at the first opportunity.
